It also accepts that change is inevitable and actually necessary to for survival. However, the challenge- and sometimes the obstacle to these processes- are the people within the organisation. In Anne Rød et al. as we focus on getting the people on board!  We have dedicated our business to helping our clients succeed in creating sustainable and positive changes by involving and using their greatest resources and assets- the people! 

By implementing changes in a way that respectfully involves the creativity and resources of the organisation, our customers are able to develop a culture that knows and recognizes the necessity for, and possibilities that lie in, changes. Positive and sustainable changes are possible by bringing people together and creating an environment and culture where constructive interaction leads to a shared understanding from which common goals are developed and a workable route is agreed upon.

Individual Coaching is about finding your direction and personal mission as a leader and to understand what drives and motivates yourself and others. Through regular coaching sessions over a sixth month period we explore and reflect. Each session lasts between an hour and a half to three hours and takes place in our offices in Oslo or at the client`s site. Each coaching is tailored to the clients needs both in scope and content.

Team Coaching is about finding effective ways of achieving results together. The first session identifies the team`s needs and requirements, often started by an initial survey helping the team to better understand itself. The programme is then tailored to the needs and circumstances of each team.

Communication Training is about building awareness of your communication styles and impact. Through reflection and training we help you increase your awareness of your impact – intended or unintended- helping you to align your intentions with your behaviour thus leading and communicating more effectively.

Change Processes are a part of the dynamics of business, life and systems. Unfortunately, many fear change processes and what they result in. Through a systems approach we help the organisation succeed by addressing key areas of communication and team development. Anchored in the business strategy, we support our customers in tailoring and implementing the change programmes, ensuring that the people are onboard!

Mentoring Programmes are a unique way of developing people and organisations over time. The scope and content of the programme will depend on the aims and objectives of the organisation. The programmes can be internal, focusing on transferring culture and values, or supporting the development of diversity. They can also be external matching experienced mentors with newcomers (adepts) in a given field.

Key Note Speeches
Based on our real experiences, combined with a systems approach, we deliver key notes speeches which provokes, entertains and inspires the audience. We examine how a systems approach allows us as individuals and the systems we are part of- be it teams and, or organisations, to see issues from a different perspective, allowing new insights and progress.

All of our services are offered in either Norwegian or English. Through our network we are also able to offer workshops in Spanish and French.
