Lisa Cooper and the Leadership Foundation
- from NYC to diversity and leadership in Europe
Lisa Cooper is an American citizen who is navigating in an international context in Norway. She started out her career in NYC – her native home- before moving to Norway where she has spent the last 20 years. Armed with an MBA and a Masters of Science in progress, Cooper has had several strategic positions in Norwegian business and most recently working with integration in the public sector. Of working with Anne Rød, Lisa says:

The process
“The process is a transformation”, says Cooper. “I finished my last coaching session more focused and confident in myself and my choices. I felt that I knew myself better and what I needed to do to get where I wanted to be in the future. We also worked on my new business plan, a rough draft that soon became the starting point for the Leadership Foundation and my new reality”.
