News and ViewsAs soon as two people or more come together things start to happen. Relationships automatically form, be it intentional or not, and they start to generate something. It could be as simple as a discussion, maybe a fight, a new project, a wild, creative idea, or even a new organisation. Relationship are naturally generative, and as people come together in a relationship it forms its own identity which is separate from the identity of the individuals present. We call this the Third Identity. A new approach is currently being introduced, that of Relationship System Intelligence. It builds on Emotional Intelligence, Social Intelligence and Systems Intelligence. Through learning Relationship System Intelligence (RSI), individuals experience the capacity to see oneself as a part of a larger system.
