Mara Senese

Mara is an American living and working in Norway. She has been an organizational development consultant and coach for companies, teams, leaders and executives in the business and education sectors for more than 20 years. 

Mara focuses on helping individuals and teams to succeed through developing self awareness, clear visions and goals, advanced communication skills, creative thinking and connection with deeper values. She has a background as an educator and school administrator. She has a Master of Arts in Classical Language and Art and Archeology and taught classical studies and French at the high school level for 13 years. She also has a degree in painting and sculpture from the Art Institute of Boston and studied at the Norwegian Academy of Art and has exhibited, taken prizes and sold her work in the U.S. and Norway.

She has completed the following:  3 year Expressive Art Therapy Training in Sweden, Creative Problem Solving Leadership Certificate Training, advanced courses in Dialogue and Communication with Chris Argyris, Boston, NLP Practitioner program in Norway and Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching Program in the UK. She is also certified in LIFO Strength Management, Q125 Values Assessment and PDI 360 Feedback.
