Leadership InsightThe Value Management Inventory™ (VMI™) is a survey for leaders that provides solid personal values insights. With a large number of possible reports available, the individual receives the reports after completing a 125-item questionnaire. VMI™ is integral to any growth in personal or leadership development. The survey is useful both to individuals as a self-development tool, and to organizations for evaluation, alignment and team building. The objective is to give the leader self-insight to see the development needs in their leadership style and action. After completing an online survey the leader receives a comprehensive report showing priorities, goals and motivation. This enables the leader to better understand his or her goals, the skill needed to achieve this, what may be holding the leader back and what needs to happen to create positive development. Together with the coach the leader is able to reflect and crate awareness around personal motivation, skills and development areas, at the same time as the leader get an in-depth insight into what has them be the leaders and the person they are.
