Anne RødAnne Rød`s main focus is working with sustainable change in individuals and teams within organisations, and she has a broad portfolio of international companies in her clientbase. In addition, she is an international senior trainer with the world`s largest systems coaching school CRR (Center for Right Relationships), and has also worked as a trainer for CTI (Coaches Training Institute). Thus she keeps abreast of new developments, methods and tools in the coaching field. Her own training includes; certification in CCL and PDI 360 surveys, the Lifo Method, Organisational, Relationship and Systems Coaching (ORSC), Coactive Certified Professional Coach, Co-active Leadership Program with CTI, NLP Master Practitioner, Q125 Values Technologies. Anne Rød is also sole licensee for itim international, provider of training and consultancy in cultural competence. Having worked in international PR and marketing for 20 years in Norway and the UK before becoming a coach and communication trainer, Anne has developed a broad understanding of international business with all its rewards and challenges. She has worked for Norwegian Association off Business Administration (Norske Siviløkonomers Forening), been a Business School Lecturer in Communication Studies at BI, Oslo, and Communications Director, Ericsson Norway.
