Whatever the objectives are we tailor mentoring programmes to suit the organiation`s needs. Just like we since 2001 have helped BI deliver mentoring programmes to under- and post graduate students to support and prepare them as they are about to enter their professional career.

To other organisations - such as DNV- which wants to support diversity and develop new leaders, we have developed mentoring programmes catering for these objectives, thereby providing the basis for their future worldwide programmes.

For consultancies we have developed mentoring and trainee programmes. What ever the objectives and needs we can tailor to suit always with a basis in the organiasation`s strategic needs. Among our clients are BI and DNV.

International Mentor Master Programme at BI
