Unleashing people potential across cultures

We base our work on a new approach called Relationship System Intelligence. It builds on Emotional Intelligence, Social Intelligence and Systems Intelligence. Through learning Relationship System Intelligence (RSI), individuals experience the capacity to see oneself as a part of a larger system. This helps teams and organisations able to move beyond the personal to a powerfully generative group identity. We deliver tailor-made programs that lay the foundation and stimulate an innovative culture.

Over the years that we have been working with teams and organisations we have found an increasing need for cultural competence. More and more teams are cross-cultural and the challenges they face many. By adding intercultural competence to the teams and organisations, one lays the foundation for creating effective communication and fruitful interaction, Through tools and interaction we can develop and support the understanding behind cultural differences and what motivates us as humans regardless of our cultural programming.

This autumn we will be training clients in Relationship System Intelligence in Paris, Barcelona, Tel Aviv and Dusseldorf. In- house courses in cultural competence will be provided in November- stay tune....

10 years Anniversary party for Anne Rød et al. as
6th May we celebrated having been engaged in leader & team development, and communication training for more than 10 years. This important milestone was shared with clients and our network. The topic of the seminar was the international renowned approach to our new focus area; cultural competence. Together we examined topics like: What is culture and how does it impact us? How can you work with it in teams and organizations? What are your cultural assumptions and your personal cultural profile?

We would like to thank all our clients who has worked with us and inspired us over the years, adding to our competence and insights. And we look forward to continued co-operation and to be of service and support as we move into a future where organizations require leadership with more competencies in navigating relationship systems and intercultural challenges.
