Over the years that we have worked with teams and organisations we have found an increasing need for cultural competence. More and more team are cross cultural and the challenges they face many. By adding intercultural competence to the teams and organisations, one lays the foundation for creating effective communication and fruitful interaction. Through tools and interaction we can develop and support the understanding of cultural differences and what motivates us as humans regardless of our cultural programming. At Anne Rød el al as, we have become a leading capacity for developing intercultural teams and organisations, as well as supporting individual leaders working in an international environment.
