Through learning Relationship System Intelligence (RSI), individuals experience the capacity to see oneself as a part of a larger system. Intercultural competence

Over the years that we have been working with teams and organisations in order to create effective communication and fruitful interaction, we have found an increasing need for intercultural competence. More and more teams are cross-cultural and the challenges they face many. Through tools and interaction we can develop and support the understanding behind cultural differences and what motivates us as humans regardless of our cultural programming. Just been to Scotland to visit Gentle Leadership and learned how horses can be used to increase interpersonal communication skills. It is called Equastrian Assisted Learning and bring huge insight into our personal interactions.

 

18th of January - Norway`s only Itim Licensee

In Stockholm for last round of the Itim certification process. Thouroughly thrilled to be presenting these concepts to the Norwegian market place. Read more under Cultural Competence.

15th and 17th of January in Copenhagen

Relationship system coaching is being introduced in Denmark and we led part of the first series. Grotty outside and lots of warmth inside.

6th and 7th of January in Oslo

Norway`s first relationship system coaching course in Norwegian with rave reviews. Score of 9,6 average (scale up to 10). Extremely qualified crowd with lots of energy.
