We base our work on well-established and scientifically validated intercultural tools and methodology, in combination with a new approach called Relationship System Intelligence which releases resources and helps address complex issues in an easy way.

Over the years that we have worked with teams and organisations we have found an increasing need for cultural competence. More and more team are cross cultural and the challenges they face many. By adding intercultural competence to the teams and organisations, one lays the foundation for creating effective communication and fruitful interaction. Through tools and interaction we can develop and support the understanding of cultural differences and what motivates us as humans regardless of our cultural programming.
