Intercultural competence

Over the years that we have been working with teams and organisations in order to create effective communication and fruitful interaction, we have found an increasing need for intercultural competence. More and more teams are cross-cultural and the challenges they face many. Through tools and interaction we can develop and support the understanding behind cultural differences and what motivates us as humans regardless of our cultural programming.
